Terms & conditions
1. Appointment
Bookings should be made at least 36 hours in advance via phone or WhatsApp (+60 11-2668 8600 / +60 16-3870 363), subject to photographer availability. Walk-in service is subject to availability.
2. Booking Fee
A RM50 booking fee is required to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made via DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet or online banking.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
One (1) complimentary rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. Subsequent or late rescheduling may incur a RM30 administration fee. Booking fees are non-refundable for late cancellations, no-shows or arrivals more than 20 minutes late without prior notice.
4. Punctuality
Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid affecting subsequent bookings.
5. Session Scope
Photography services are provided according to the selected package. Requests beyond the agreed scope, additional concepts or extended shooting time may incur extra charges.
6. Safety & Venue
Customers are responsible for supervising children and obtaining any required venue permissions. Pets, oversized items or hazardous objects are not allowed without prior approval.
7. Photo Selection
Customers are required to review and select their preferred photographs at the studio. Off-site selection may delay production by up to 3 months, and additional editing revisions are chargeable at RM20 per revision.
8. Editing
Included editing is limited to the package purchased. Additional editing requests or photographs are available at the prevailing rates.
9. Additional Orders
Additional digital photographs, prints, enlargements and frames may be purchased at the prevailing price list.
10. Collection & Shipping
Completed orders should be collected within 30 days after notification. Shipping is available upon request, subject to courier charges. Full payment is required before shipment.
11. Digital Delivery
Digital photographs are delivered via secure cloud download. Physical storage devices are not included unless otherwise stated.
12. Payment
Full payment or the agreed deposit must be settled before any photographs, prints, frames or digital files are released.
13. Package Information
Graduation gown rental is available from RM45 per person. Unless otherwise stated, studio packages include up to 5 persons. Additional persons (maximum 8 due to studio capacity) are chargeable at RM20 per person.
14. Force Majeure
Loominos Studio shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, venue restrictions, government regulations, power failures or equipment failure.
15. Copyright & Portfolio
All photographs remain the copyright of Loominos Studio. Customers are granted personal usage rights only. Commercial use requires prior written consent. Unless otherwise requested in writing before the session, Loominos Studio may use selected photographs for its portfolio, website, social media and promotional materials.
16. Amendments
Loominos Studio reserves the right to amend packages, pricing and these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
17. Service Scope
Any products or services not expressly stated in the quotation, invoice, package details or written agreement are not included.
Disclaimer
1. Colour Representation
Colours displayed on digital images and printed photographs may vary due to differences in monitor calibration, mobile devices, display settings, paper type, printing process and surrounding lighting conditions.
2. Print Colour Consistency
Although every effort is made to maintain consistent colour and exposure, exact colour matching between digital images and printed photographs cannot be guaranteed.
3. Photography Style
Photography is an artistic service. Composition, lighting, posing and editing are based on the photographer's professional judgement and artistic style.
4. Digital Retouching
Digital retouching is performed on a best-effort basis. Every portrait is unique, and therefore perfectly flawless editing cannot be guaranteed.
5. Editing Consultation
Customers are encouraged to communicate any editing expectations before or during the photoshoot. Our photographer will advise what can reasonably be achieved.
6. Standard Editing Scope
Standard editing may include:
• Removal of minor blemishes
• Acne, scars and freckles reduction
• Mild wrinkle reduction
• Eye bag reduction
• Minor eye enhancement
• Mild face slimming
• Natural skin smoothing
• Minor hair touch-up
• Skin brightening
• Temporary spot removal
Editing aims to preserve a natural appearance.
7. Services Excluded from Standard Editing
Standard editing does not include:
• Facial reconstruction or appearance alteration
• Beard or moustache removal
• Removing eyeglass reflections
• Hairstyle or hair colour changes
• Skin colour modification
• Makeup changes
• Teeth replacement
• Body reshaping beyond minor adjustments
• Background replacement
• AI-generated manipulation
• Adding or removing people, pets or objects
• Advanced Photoshop manipulation
These services may be quoted separately where applicable.
8. Subjective Preferences
Personal preferences such as "too natural", "too much editing", "I don't like my smile", "I look fat", "I don't like this pose" or similar subjective opinions are not regarded as service defects or quality issues.
9. RAW Files
RAW files, original camera files and working project files are not included unless specifically stated.
10. Photographer's Selection
Loominos Studio reserves the right to determine which photographs are suitable for editing and delivery based on image quality, focus, exposure and composition.
11. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline only and may be affected during festive seasons, peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.
12. Customer Backup
Customers are advised to download and back up all delivered digital photographs immediately after receiving them.
13. File Retention
Edited photographs will normally be retained for 30 days after delivery.
Files may be permanently deleted after the retention period without prior notice.
14. Custom Frames
All photo frames are individually custom-made.
Minor variations in wood grain, colour, texture, alignment, finishing or craftsmanship are considered normal manufacturing characteristics and shall not be regarded as defects.
15. Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to safeguard customer photographs and data, Loominos Studio shall not be liable for losses arising from equipment malfunction, data corruption, accidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In any event, Loominos Studio's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected photography service.
16. Product Samples
Customers are encouraged to review our portfolio and sample photographs before booking. By confirming the booking, customers acknowledge and accept Loominos Studio's photography and editing style.
